As a trainer in group workshops or as a psychotherapist in one-on-one sessions, Aniela guides individuals and teams to get closer to the best version of themselves.

The journey she proposes may include neuroscience, experiential learning, storytelling and creative activities. For 7 years Aniela previously worked and travelled on 4 continents, studied Intercultural Management @ UNESCO Chair, co-created a „Learning for Well-being” Manual, trained managers, employees, teachers, lawyers in emotional intelligence, communication, career management, facilitation skills, non-discrimination, diversity and interculturalism.
